Operational Roles We Offer
These three operational roles are currently open for immediate application across all districts. HinduSwad is rapidly expanding, and additional specialized logistics, warehousing, and management positions will be posted shortly.
Sales Officers
We are looking for a Sales Officer to promote the company's services, acquire new customers, build strong client relationships, and achieve assigned sales targets within the allocated territory. The role involves conducting field visits, identifying business opportunities, generating leads, explaining company services, collecting market feedback, and coordinating with supervisors to ensure smooth sales operations. Candidates should have good communication, customer handling, and negotiation skills with a willingness to travel for field work. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked as a Delivery Partner with platforms such as Zomato, Swiggy, Blinkit, Zepto, or similar companies and have successfully completed more than 600 deliveries with a 4+ star customer rating. Candidates with prior experience in field sales, marketing, or customer acquisition roles will also be preferred. PUC, Diploma, or any Bachelor's degree holders may apply, and freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time. Location: Assigned Area. Initial Salary: ₹15,000 per month. Revised Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month after 6 months, subject to performance and confirmation. Accountant
We are looking for an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities and support the finance team by maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring proper documentation of all financial transactions. The role includes maintaining cash and bank entries, preparing vouchers and invoices, handling billing, assisting with account reconciliation and financial reporting, coordinating with banks, vendors, and internal departments, and ensuring proper filing of financial records. Candidates should have a good understanding of basic accounting principles, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of accounting software will be an added advantage. A B.Com, BBM, BBA, or any recognized accounts-related degree is required. Freshers are welcome to apply, while candidates with internship or 0–1 year of experience in accounting or office administration will have an added advantage. Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time. Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka. Initial Salary: ₹18,000 per month. Revised Salary: ₹25,000 per month after 6 months, subject to performance and confirmation. Telecaller (Morning/Night Shift)
We are looking for a Telecaller to communicate with customers, promote the company's services, generate leads, respond to customer enquiries, maintain accurate call records, schedule follow-ups, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality customer service. Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to achieve daily calling targets. A minimum qualification of PUC is required, and freshers are welcome to apply. Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time. Initial Salary: ₹15,000 per month. Revised Salary: ₹20,000 per month after 6 months, subject to performance and confirmation. Shift timings will be assigned by the company based on business requirements. Field Officer
We are looking for a Field Officer to execute field activities, promote company services, engage with customers, collect market information, maintain daily reports, and achieve assigned business targets within the allocated territory. Candidates should possess good communication skills, a willingness to travel, and basic computer knowledge. PUC, Diploma, or any Bachelor's degree holders may apply. Freshers are welcome. Supervisor
We are looking for a State Head / Supervisor to oversee operations within the assigned state, supervise Field Officers, monitor field performance, ensure achievement of business targets, and coordinate with the Regional Head for effective execution of business plans. Candidates should have good leadership and communication skills with a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years of experience in field operations or team supervision. Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time. Initial Salary: ₹40,000 per month. Revised Salary: ₹55,000 to ₹75,000 per month after 6 months, subject to performance and confirmation. Performance incentives and other employee benefits will be provided as per company policy.
General Manager
We are looking for a General Manager to provide strategic leadership across the assigned North or South Zone. The role involves overseeing Regional Heads, driving business growth, monitoring overall performance, and ensuring the achievement of company objectives. Candidates should possess strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred) and 8–10 years of relevant experience. Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time. Initial Salary: ₹1.20 Lakhs to ₹2.50 Lakhs per month. Salary revision will be based on performance and company structure. What operational roles are currently open?▼

Is a two-wheeler vehicle mandatory for all roles?▼
A two-wheeler and driving license are mandatory only for Field Officers. It is recommended for Sales Executives, and not required for TeleCallers.
What is the registration fee structure?▼
The application registration fee is ₹1,000 for Permanent tracks and ₹300 for Temporary contract tracks, processed securely via PayU.
Where do interviews and assessments take place?▼
MCQ assessments are taken online. Interviews are scheduled either online via video call or offline at our regional offices in Bangalore, Davangere, and Mysore.
